Over 150 students from the Rizvi Institute of Management Studies & Research, Bandra were made aware of the importance of donating platelets on 4th September 2015.

Dr. Nidhi Mehta (Head of Blood Bank- Kokilaben Ambani Hospital) gave a meaninful presentation on why we should all donate platelets and save lives. Dr. Kalim Khan (Director of Rizvi Institute of Management Studies & Research) also encouraged the students to support this cause.

Through our 'Drops of Hope' campaign in association with the Federation of Bombay Blood Banks (FBBB) and Terumo Penpol, NDF is conducting platelet awareness drives across Mumbai. If you would like to register as a platelet donor please contact Ms Shama Prasad @ 9892814831
