Did you know that Platelet Donation is a simple, safe process-very much like a regular blood donation? Did you know that you can donate platelets every two weeks?

In a conscious effort to increase Platelet Donation Awareness, a platelet donation drive was conducted at the Rizvi Institute of Management Studies & Research, Bandra (W) on 20th August 2014. The drive touched the hearts of over 100 students, who came forward to register themselves as platelet donors.

A meaningful presentation on the importance of platelet donation was given by the team of doctors from Tata Memorial Hospital. This was followed by an appeal to donate platelets by our Trustee Smt Priya Dutt and Dr. Kalim Khan, Director of Rizvi Institute of Management Studies & Research.
