Empowering women in Stok Village (Leh) by setting up a Knitting Centre.

During the winter months due to the harsh weather, life in Stok comes to a complete standstill.

The objective of this project is skill development aimed at training the women in making beautiful knitwear with the knitting machines provided. This project will help them earn a livelihood during the tourist season.
