Over 150 young children were found to be malnourished during our health camp for children in Sonave Village, Palghar on 12th November 2016.

These 150 children will be examined over a period of 6 months to help them improve their health. An awareness lecture was also held for the parents to help them understand and tackle this issue. Clear instructions were given about hygiene and the importance of washing hands. All children were given de-worming tablets and a 3 month stock of multivitamins. These children will be reviewed after 3 months to check their progress.

The health camp was help in association with Rotaract Club of The Caduceus. A big thank you goes out to the doctors and team members of the Rotaract Club for their support. This camp would not have been possible without their support.
