This short documentary film directed by Aarti Shrivastava is based on children living in the most notorious slums in Dharavi whose parents have an alcohol addiction.

Like all children, these young kids have dreams and aspirations but they lack every opportunity to excel. Nargis Dutt Foundation is bridging this gap and adopting the education of these children and giving them the opportunity to FLY and become who they are always meant to be.

The film explores the impact that alcohol addiction has on the lives of children, how they live with the situation, speaks of their aspirations, how they try to cope with the situation and how hope shines in the darkest of the places.

There are many children like them with similar stories and only dreams to hold on to. We at Nargis Dutt Foundation try to be the bridge to turn their dreams into a reality.
