Over 350 inhabitants of Sonave Tribal village were examined for common illnesses that come with the monsoon season. Free Multivitamins and calcium tablets were distributed amongst all the women and children.

NDF in association with Jivdani Devi Mandir Trust, Virar are happy to have touched the lives of the people of Sonave. The camp was held in 2 hamlets (padas) of the 12 hamlets that are there in Sonave Village- Korichapada ( 10am-12pm) and Borichapada ( 1.30pm-3.30pm). These two hamlets are the remotest of all the hamlets in Sonave Village.

NDF is striving hard to holistically develop the tribal village of Sonave in Health, Education, Alternate Energy and empowering the youth and womenfolk.
