Computer Lab at Apostolic Carmel High School Children and Education have always been of central importance at the Nargis Dutt Foundation. There was no better way of addressing the two than by setting up a computer lab for children.

On 14th Nov 2009, Nargis Dutt Foundation took the initiative of donating an entire computer lab and a projector to Apostolic Carmel High School, Bandra, Mumbai. The occasion was inaugurated by Smt. Priya Dutt, M.P and attended by the principal, teachers and children.

Computers are changing the face of modern India and this makes computer education extremely important. The twenty Pentium computers including monitors and keyboards that were donated were of the latest configuration and high speed. We believe the computer lab will go a long way in assisting the students in covering their vast syllabus and understanding computers. The projector, on the other hand, would greatly ease the teaching methodology and also facilitate the students to enhance their presentation skills during project submission. Thousands of students are likely to benefit from this contribution and Nargis Dutt Foundation is very proud of this initiative.
