It was a fun day for both Billabong High International School and Zilla Parishad School Borichapada as they played their first friendly inter school cricket match.

80 children from Billabong High International School visited Sonave Village in Palghar on 24th Nov 2016.

The schools not only played cricket but also khokho and put up a cultural dance and song. It was a wonderful exchange of experiences.

The Billabong children then toured the village and were deeply touched. The day ended with an enthusiastic dance by all the kids.

The highlight of the day was when Billabong High International School donated sporting equipment ( cricket set, footballs, carom boards) for the children of Borichapada Zilla Parishad School.

It was a day well spent.
